A couple of things:

1. You know what I love? Jam.
Yeah, its totally true, I love jam. I like eating it on toasted bagels with cream cheese. Its a great breakfast. I also like it with peanut butter, also on bagels. I don't ever really eat a meal that isn't bagel-centered unless I am putting the school paper together (they feed us takeout food) but when I am putting the school paper together I am usually thinking about skewering myself or other people with sharp and pointy things, so somehow the food loses some of its appeal. Speaking of which...

2. This weekend was UV production weekend, which means that I spent three days in the basement of a dank old building in the grips of a blinding rage. Luckily for me, my partner in layout is awesome and we take swear-walks, something I haven't done since working at Christian camp. This weekend was particularly awesome for a number of reasons, not the least of which being that I was painfully aware that I should have been spending all that time on something else...

3. EXAMS. Or, rather, figuring out how far behind I am in school and freaking out in order to generate some level of motivation to begin thinking about exams, which are in two weeks. The fact that exams are coming means that the blog will likely be updated EVERY DAY, with posts about the entertaining things that I see and think while I should be studying. Don't even try to contain your excitment. I'm not containing mine.

Exam time is funny because I always try to take on a number of weird habits that I convince myself are actually essential to my passing. This time around, these include (so far):
- drinking more water
- studing at a different library
- getting up every day by 7:30 am
- being in bed every night no later than 11:30pm
- drinking only caffiene-free tea after 9pm
- making and taking a healthy lunch to school with me

I can guarantee that I am destined to fail to achieve all of these goals. I will probably fail all of them TOMMOROW.
