Fright forces me to learn

As many of you know, I am a huge coward with an overactive imagination. It was this delightful blend that rendered me incapable of watching Veronica Mars before bed if my roommate was out of town. In much the same way, I can't listen to my pre-bed murder mystery radio dramas when he is out of town, either.

Finding myself in exactly this situation last night, I decided to listen to Quirks and Quarks instead, and I got to hear all about these carbon-neutral communities (6, to be exact). I found the story about the Danish Isle with the co-operatively owned wind turbines to be the most interesting (and least scary).
