Also, my friend Mona has decided that I overthink my emotions too much (other than anger), and has put me on CBT - cognitive banana therapy. Every time I start to analyze my feelings, I am to think as hard as I can about a banana. So far so good, but at the same time, I haven't felt much but angry since the whole treatment started.
