Saturday I had to go see my parents at the cottage.I also had to make a birthday sign for Vasuda with Steve and get it back to the city in time for her birthday party THAT NIGHT.
The only reasonable thing to do in the circumstances was to pick Steve up stupid-early on Saturday morning and take him and the sign-making stuff to the cottage.
