It is 3:20am and I have officially broken the 9,000 word mark on my stupid-piece-of-shit extended paper. This graduation requirement has been scaring me stupid ever since I got to this school, and I think that I have finally broken its back. Now, I am under no illusions; not only am I convinced that this paper is an absolute piece of shit, I actually KNOW that this is true and it hurts me to read it. It hurts me even more to ask my intelligent friends to read it, but I really don't want a failing grade. I figure I have about an hour's worth of work left tonight, then footnoting tomorrow.
